Whooooop had a big week last week, first, performance on Sunday at Indonesian Bazaar, we played four songs at the Independence festival, it went better than we expected.



Then I saw Green Day and AFI on Wednesday in Jiffy Lube live! I saw them for the first time and they were both amazing. Green Day put up a crazy three hour show, caught couple of pics for both, and videos which I posted them up on YouTube. It was so hard to take pictures when Green Day came out as crazy fans around me went wild. I got pretty close to the stage though!



I just bought tickets to the Uproar show to see Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold in a couple of weeks, also looking forward to that.

Soo summer now, college is coming up soon and Warped Tour was a no-go because I thought the artist/band list playing for this year was a total failure, but good news is... AFI and Green Day concert next week in Jiffy Lube Live woop woop.

I love both bands but I'm supporting AFI all the way next week, and since I got front row tix, I'm coming super early so I would be inches close from Davey Havok and Billie Joe.

I'm also performing this weekend at the Indonesian independence festival AKA Bazaar, hope it'd be better than last year and really looking forward to it.

Wow, that sounded better in Indonesian. Very romantic lyrics, sadly, I can relate it to my life. Played the song in the guitar so many times, I'm learning my native language again by listening to Peterpan. I hope the translation is accurate, I did my best, oh well.

Turned 18 last Thursday and did some b-day thangs on the weekend, feels good to finally be legal (no, I wont be buying cigarettes, gotta keep my Edge). Very appreciative for what my family and friends did for my birthday, I had a blast.

Enjoying the first week of spring and its warm weather, the ground hogs finally retreats. I can finally wear my spring clothes (even though the pollen aren't helping my nasal congestion at the moment).

Life's getting a little better so far, glad how its treating me. Still looking forward for graduation in June!!

oh btw, I'm also excited about the announcement of Green Day summer tour with AFI and having one of their shows near my location. Both are one of my favorite bands and never seen them live before and definitely getting the tickets soon... and Warped Tour tickets also xD

So psyched for summer of 2010.

Let me shovel your snow...

So we're having a second winter break, with schools closing for more than a week and snow reaches almost 30 inches, this is the second snow storm here this winter and this one is the biggest.

Despite of closed schools, I'm caved in my house doing nothing, but shoveling the snow.

Oh btw, I'm working on some guitar covers, finishing it up soon.

So, the year is new, I wont say "Happy New Years" because I'm nine days late. Had a good year in 2009, lots of new things happened and mistakes that has been learned. Got a haircut before the new year exploded, look pretty different and decent now, going to different perspectives. There are some things I'm looking forward in 2010:

First, and foremost of all: my 18th birthday in March and high school graduation in June, cant wait till' I'm legal.

Blaqk Audio will be releasing their forthcoming album: Bright Black Heaven some time this year.

Also looking forward to their tour.

A new album along with a new band name expecting to be released early this year for Peterpan. The new band name was confirmed that it will be totally different from 'Peterpan', it

wont be something like Captain Hook, Tinkerbell etc. The album title and the new band name has yet to be leaked, but we're all hoping it'll be soon.

Last December, a movie was released in Indonesia which Ariel played for the first time in a film industry called 'Sang Permimpi'.

"Not much different from doing Peterpan music videos" Ariel claimed, "It's mostly facial expressions and and a little acting, but in a movie I had to do all that and

saying the lines in an appropriate tone at an appropriate time is the hard part"

Reza, the drummer and his wife had their second child on December 14th, 2009. He waited with his newborn son and his lovely wife in the hospital for weeks. The name of his son wasn't revealed to the media by Reza, due to their privacy. Fans and the whole band congratulate him and his wife to their newborn son. May their son be an obedient, faithful son. Amin...

Toy Story 3!!

One of the movies I'm looking forward this year.

You gotta love the first two Toy Story movies, great movies with the voices of Tim Allen and my favorite actor, Tom Hanks. Plus the movies were made in the 90's.

Of course, Warped Tour

2010. Expecting new artists and bands this year, had an amazing time at the 2009 Warped Tour, definitely hitting it up again this year. I'll be prepared this time, I'll bring more water, protective cup (just in case if I get pushed into a mosh pit again) and yes, mom, I wont forget to bring and use the sunblock lotion this time so I wont get sunburned again.

I'm also looking forward to attend to more concerts this year, and other stuff that I can't think of right now.
